Client Testimonies
CEO's previous clients are the best reference of our enlightened client leadership, consulting practice talent and capabilities, and verifiable breakthrough results. We encourage our perspective clients to collaborate with these organizations to better understand the leadership commitment and other proven critical success factors of strategic and sustainable improvement. Below are two of the most challenging examples from our diverse portfolio of successes. These examples demonstrate CEO's capabilities to deliver strategic, operating, financial, and cultural breakthroughs in performance.
Endicott Interconnect Technologies was founded in 2002 as a spin-off of IBM's microelectronics business. As an IBM business unit, many improvement initiatives came and went, and culturally there was an extremely low interest level and tolerance for another fad program. CEO began working with EIT in late 2007 on what we defined as their "Business Excellence" deployment. This was structured as a strategic improvement initiative across the entire organization, and integrated the improvement methodologies of Scalable Lean Six Sigma™, Kaizen Quick Strikes, Enterprise Technology, and Basic Improvement Skills™ at the grassroots level of the organization. CEO and the EIT executive team created the environment for success through creative leadership, a realistic improvement strategy and deployment plan, total organizational engagement, flawless execution and validation of results, continuous awareness and communication, and a proactive and meticulous attention to details throughout the entire deployment. Within the first 24 months EIT completed approximately 60 large scale Lean Six Sigma projects with multiple improvements, dozens of Lean improvements, and hundreds of Quick Strike/Basic Improvement efforts. We identified a total savings potential of over $50million. Their total savings in their initial 2 years is $16-$18 million annually, and EIT continues to be deeply committed to improving how they improve as their cultural standard of excellence.

These companies are a collection of brilliant technology organizations that design, manufacture and market leading professional audio products for recording and broadcast, musicians, cinema, touring sound, commercial sound and contracting applications. CEO began working with HPro in August, 2006 on several Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma deployments in their various divisions in the U.S. and Europe. In less than 4 years, HPro has completed over 150 larger scale Lean Six Sigma projects in 6 major divisions, and a major Lean turnaround initiative in their UK facility for an estimated total savings of over $42 million annually. Concurrently, Lean Six Sigma and other improvements were initiated throughout all other Harman divisions. Harman International Industries has continued their bold journey of improvement in all divisions through the recession and slow recovery. In their 2011 Annual Report Harman reported a cumulative savings from their improvement initiatives exceeding $400 million, and the Company has emerged as the industry leader in their global marketplace.
