Client
Testimonies
Who are our model clients?
First of all, our clients are not model clients on Day 1 of an assignment.
The most valuable services that CEO provides up-front is working
with executives and managers to set up our engagements for win-win
success. These organizations quickly develop the same identical
success characteristics including:
- An extremely Creative, Forward Thinking, and
Cohesive Leadership Team that is anxious for results, but also
and appreciates the tough work to permanently transform culture;
- An Integrated Business Strategy that mandates
continuous breakthrough improvements as a key enabler of market
leadership in their various businesses, and personal performance
for their Associates;
- A well-defined Deployment and Execution Plan
that addresses the "what's and why's" of change to the
organization, identifies highly focused improvement opportunities,
establishes stretch goals and target benefits, deploys the correct
improvement methodologies, and promotes a sense of excitement
and interest in playing an active role in their improvement initiative;
- A formal Deployment Infrastructure and Team-Driven
Organization visibly committed by their actions and direct involvement
at all levels; and
- Frequent Measurement and Feedback of progress,
with decisive Corrective Actions where necessary.
In a World where over 80% of Lean/Six Sigma deployments
are failures relative to their potential, organizations can not
afford to approach their improvement initiatives with a bandwagon
mindset. CEO understands how to navigate our clients through the
obstacles of success and achieve Business Excellence: A state of
real benefits beyond what was thought to be possible, and a culture
to continue the journey to a higher level of excellence and performance.
Below are two recent examples.
Endicott Interconnect Technologies was founded
in 2002 as a spin-off of IBM's microelectronics business. CEO has
been working with EIT since March, 2007 on their "Business Excellence"
deployment. This is a strategic improvement initiative across the
entire organization, and integrates the improvement methodologies
of Scaleable Six Sigma, Lean Enterprise, Kaizen Quick Strikes,
and Basic Improvement Skills at the grassroots level of the organization.
By March, 2009 EIT has completed approximately 60 larger scale Lean/Six
Sigma projects, dozens of Lean improvements, and hundreds of Quick
Strike/Basic Improvement efforts. We have identified a total savings
potential of over $50million. Their total savings in their initial
2 years is $16-$18 million annually, and EIT is just getting started.
FYI - This is a 40X improvement
over CEO's fees!
Harman Professional Group (HPro), a division
of Harman International, is the world's largest professional audio
company. HPro companies include AKG Acoustics, BSS Audio, Crown
International, dbx Professional, JBL Professional, Lexicon Pro,
Soundcraft, and Studer. These companies design, manufacture and
market leading professional audio products for recording and broadcast,
musicians, cinema, touring sound, commercial sound and contracting
applications. CEO has been working with HPro since August, 2006
on several Lean and "Business Excellence" (Lean/Six Sigma) deployments
in their various divisions in the U.S. and Europe. In less than
3 years, HPro has completed over 75 larger scale Lean/Six Sigma
projects in 3 major divisions, and a major Lean initiative in their
UK facility for an estimated total savings of over $12 million annually,
and HPro is just beginning this Business Excellence improvement
journey.
FYI - This is a 28X improvement
over CEO's fees!
